I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing telehealth psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for adults experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and other mood concerns.
My clinical approach focuses on understanding the full context of a person’s life. I will take the time to explore the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health to help patients develop treatment plans that feel thoughtful, collaborative, and sustainable.
In addition to being a psychiatric provider, I have been in practice as a certified nurse-midwife for many years, caring for patients during some of life’s most significant transitions. That experience continues to shape my work in psychiatry, particularly my interest in reproductive and women’s mental health and the mind-body connection.
